Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Regenix Peptides Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn store credit by referring new customers to Regenix Peptides.

Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

All affiliate applications are subject to approval by Regenix Peptides.

Regenix Peptides reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn £5.00 store credit for each qualifying new customer referral.

Higher commission rates may be offered to selected affiliates based on performance.

Commission rates may be amended at any time.

4. Qualifying Referrals

A qualifying referral is defined as:

  • A new customer who has not previously placed an order with Regenix Peptides.
  • A completed and successfully paid order.
  • An order that has not been refunded, charged back, cancelled, or flagged as fraudulent.

Regenix Peptides reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Refer themselves.
  • Create multiple customer accounts.
  • Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
  • Send unsolicited spam emails or messages.
  • Impersonate Regenix Peptides.
  • Bid on Regenix Peptides brand terms in paid advertising without written permission.
  • Use coupon websites or cashback websites without written approval.

Any breach may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Commission Approval

Commissions remain pending until the referred order has been successfully completed.

Refunded, cancelled, disputed, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.

Previously awarded commissions may be reversed if an order is refunded or charged back.

7. Store Credit Payments

Affiliate rewards are paid in the form of store credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The minimum payout threshold is £25.00.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked using cookies and other tracking technologies.

Regenix Peptides cannot guarantee tracking in circumstances including disabled cookies, browser restrictions, ad blockers, device changes, or third-party software interference.

Referral attribution decisions made by Regenix Peptides are final.

9. Account Termination

Affiliates may leave the programme at any time.

Regenix Peptides may suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice where misuse, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.

10. Changes to Terms

Regenix Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
